I am a passionate educator, researcher, and published children's book author. I hold a PhD in Elementary Education with a focus in Early Childhood Education and have spent many years studying the ways in which young children learn and grow.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children from diverse backgrounds and have always believed in the power of play and inquiry. I am a strong advocate for outdoor education, and I believe that nature provides an excellent classroom for children to explore, discover, and learn.
Currently, I am a lead Teacher at The Fay School in Houston-TX. I am a proud member of International Baccalaureate Educator Network since 2008 and I serve as a Workshop Leader, Programme Leader, Reader and Online Workshop Facilitator.
As a children's book author, I have combined my love of storytelling with my knowledge of child development to create engaging and inspiring books that help children to learn and grow.
